Herbert B. Silver has been a practicing attorney for over 50 years in the areas of business, estate planning, probate, corporate and real estate.

Born in Augusta, Georgia on June 18, 1936, he was educated at George Washington University in 1957 with a BA in Foreign Affairs.  He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California in 1960.  Following law school, he was admitted to the California Bar in 1961 and to the South Carolina Bar in 1989.

He served as corporate counsel to STS Graphics, Inc. (Ocean Pacific License) from 1986-1988.  In 1989, he began practicing law in South Carolina and continues to the present.

His experience in operating and managing several businesses along his law practice allows him the insight to solve and resolve your business issues as well as general every day problems that require legal handling and assistance.
